Program Structure
CDL B training program is divided into theoretical and hands-on learning. You’ll spend 80 hours in the classroom and an additional 80 hours of the program behind the wheel. The 160-hour program should take between four and eight weeks, depending on your specific class schedule.
Classroom Training
Your first 80 hours cover the theoretical foundations of commercial driving — vehicle systems, safety regulations, pre-trip inspection procedures, and CDL exam preparation. Our instructors work closely with each student to ensure you’re fully prepared for the written portion of your test.
Behind-the-Wheel Training
The remaining 80 hours put you in the driver’s seat. You’ll train on our range and on public roads — building skills in pre-trip inspections, backing maneuvers, and driving on local streets, highways, and interstates under the guidance of experienced instructors.
